Orders & Payments
Once an order is placed, it is final.
We do not accept refunds or returns unless there is a verified issue with the product, such as damage or a manufacturing defect.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity is suspected.
Pre-Orders & Limited Drops
Some items may be offered as pre-orders or released in limited quantities.
Pre-order items may require additional processing time before shipment. Estimated shipping timelines are provided but are not guaranteed.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept potential delays.
Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been shipped, LIMERA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier but is missing, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping carrier.
We will provide tracking information for all orders.
[NEW] For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges assessed by their country's customs authority. These fees are not included in your order total, are not collected by LIMERA at checkout, and are non-refundable. Delivery times for international orders may also be affected by customs processing and are outside of our control.
